We started to do the paperwork without knowing if we were going to make the purchase or not, then Mr. Carlos Rodríguez attended us and he treated us as if he knew us, talked about cars with my husband (still nothing about buying the car) and explained how much they gave us for our car. Mr. Kaslif did a great job, he fought with the banks to get us the best business for us and he succeeded. Thank you. And Mrs. Sigrid was the last person who helped us with the insurance of our car and it was wonderful super nice despite being us the last people who stayed there and already be closed no one pressured us to finish faster and in the end Marcelo accompanied to our new and beautiful Audi, also very nice and attentive. Going in, you quickly realize this isn't the usual dealership. For one, the employees don't harrass you! I can't tell you how much more chill the environment is, especially because you're actually treated with respect. The prices at HGreg are final, so no haggling, and the sellers don't make comission, so they're not jumping at the quick sales and actually take the time to talk to you and get to know what you want in a vehicle. Alex Avila was wonderful with us, and bilingual, which really helped our overall experience when it came to understanding concepts and the implications mentioned in CarFax reports and things like that. We looked at approximately five cars and test drove two before making a decision. The employees are super patient with you and make sure you're at peace with your purchase. Crista in finances is the world's biggest sweetheart, and she also made sure everything was explained clearly. Finally, Sigrid in Insurance is an angel, who will search until she can search no longer to find you the best possible insurance rates. As a student on a budget, I'm super grateful for her and everything she did for me through my car hunting process. Overall, it was a great experience and I really felt taken care of and like the purchase I made was the best for me. Definitely recommend them. More

Overpriced used car with tons of problems My original post is below. After I wrote that post the dealership called me and took the vehicle back and refunded me my money.... however I have stil My original post is below. After I wrote that post the dealership called me and took the vehicle back and refunded me my money.... however I have still been looking for a vehicle of the same type. And guess what... they are still advertising this vehicle to sell after I returned it for the reason listed below and after I showed them Pictures of the extensive corrosion. Also on a side note. When I was returning the vehicle the first paperwork they brought was for a completely different vehicle with a completely different name. Then the following the day I received a call that my Registration and tag were there for pick up. Nobody communicated with each other. So again buyer beware. Find a vehicle from somewhere else. Anywhere else they are in the business of selling and reselling subpar vehicle. In fact I also remember their reasoning was they by used vehicles in bulk and don’t have time to go over them to make sure they are a decent vehicle. Again buy somewhere else!!! I bought a 2010 ford ranger, everything seemed fine until I took it to my mechanic who showed me how they sprayed a black liner underneath to cover up the extensive corrosion. Becauseofthedistance thati lived away from the dealership in Orlando, I was unable to return the xxx ranger due to there 300 miles 3 day warranty. I literally have to replace the entire front end, the entire muffler, and the entire back end. The rims were also sprayed to hide the corrosion on the wheels. I’m literally looking at having to spend 3000 dollars on parts alone and no clue how much in labor due to the extensive corrosion and the added trouble off trying to remove the parts. In no way would I ever recommend going to this dealer and In way would I ever return. Worst experience. Basically I was sold an overpriced lemon. More
