Amazing vehicle at an even better price! I was hesitant to visit HGreg because I had never heard of them, but am so glad I did!! I fell in love with a 2015 Pathfinder that had *all* the premi I was hesitant to visit HGreg because I had never heard of them, but am so glad I did!! I fell in love with a 2015 Pathfinder that had *all* the premium features at an unbelievable price! When I arrived, the car was exactly as I had hoped and made the decision to purchase easy. Jose was very helpful and patient as we played "car seat tetris" to make sure I could comfortably fit 2 car seats in the backseat. Marcos entertained my toddler by talking with her and putting Mickey Mouse on one of the computers. Would definitely recommend HGreg to anyone...especially if you browse the website and already know which vehicle(s) you'd like to see. More

My experience We had a good experience. Especially compared to Off Lease. Your cars were cleaner and easier to examine. Manny brought the car up and explained all f We had a good experience. Once we realized we did not have a manual, he made sure we got one and sent it overnight to us. Everything was very organized and professional in the dealership. One thing you could evaluate is the final step. Payment. Standing at a little window in a hallway with only a 4”x6” board to write a check on while hanging on to a purse and folder of materials was very awkward. We bought a Mercedes last year at their dealership and all that was done in an office with us sitting at a desk. It’s the last part of the process...so you might want to make that a more positive experience...otherwise, all was good and we love the car. So thank you! As a sidebar, i don’t know the name of the one guy at the gate i think, that helped sync my phone through Bluetooth. Even though Manny finally did it, this guy was very friendly and eager to help us. Please ask Manny for his name. I gave the 2 other guys 4s only because we really didn’t deal with them on the long term basis we did with Manny. More

Great customer service Cadmar did an amazing job as soon as we walked in the door. He took time to actually listen to what he wanted and helped him make the perfect choice. We loved that there was no pressure and full transparency. The process did take awhile but we didn’t mind because the customer service was amazing. Jasmine, the finance specialist, was great too. She gave my husband different options to make sure we were getting the best deal. We even swapped pictures of our little ones. Working in a customer serivice based job, I love having amazing customer service experiences. And you would expect that from a car dealership but this was a genuinely nice staff who weren’t putting on an act just to make a sale. My husband loves his new Mercedes E-class and we will definitely recommend HGreg to anyone who’s looking for a new car. More

Awesome place I was searching for a car online thru my Capital one came across a few dealers and settled on 2 OffLeaseOnly and HGreg, so I decided to call HGreg and I was searching for a car online thru my Capital one came across a few dealers and settled on 2 OffLeaseOnly and HGreg, so I decided to call HGreg and the experience was awesome, fast , no haggling. It was just how can we help you, what car would you like and the patience to research more of the same types of car that I was ther to buy! Dennis is awesome, friendly and he looks out for the customers need no matter how small. Drove home that day with my 2017 Camry. I would definitely shop here again in the future. Sales great...service sucks. Long story short. The sales rep was really nice and patient (Benny). He made sure we took our time to find the right car. Sales manager Jorge was also Long story short. After purchasing the vehicle however my experience with the service department left an extremely sour taste in our mouths. We returned the following day for an alignment and NOONE from the service department communicated with me. After an hour still nothing. I had to hunt down several managers in order to find out where my car was and why it was taking so long. Karlos who is some sort of manager( he was possibly the head of sales) would not even try to come over and resolve the issue. It took nearly 3 hours to leave and I found a random oily foot print on the front passengers side floor when the car was returned to me. Noone can explain why. I would advise there be some serious training on properly communicating and respecting customers. More
