Once I travelled home, I realized that the passenger remote mirror did not work to adjust or to close. I realize that it was an “as is” purchase and will have to pay for the repairs. I was also only given one key fob requiring me to purchase an additional one for nearly $500. Additionally, the hard working prep folks had to use inadequate hand tools to remove license plates taking considerable time. Not a way to get referrals on customer loyalty. More

Chuck and Alexander were very helpful and professional throughout the whole process. They provided all the documentation to my lender in a timely manner. I noticed an issue with my vehicle and they are currently in the process of fixing it. I will definitely recommend HGreg and especially Chuck and Alexander to anyone looking to buy a car. Suggestions: The delivery of the car could be improved; after I signed all the documents, it took over an hour to get the car. I was surprised that the car only had a quarter tank of gas when it was given to me; in my opinion, it would be better if HGreg charged $50 more and give a full tank to each customer. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. More

The place is so clean and inviting, all the staff is in nice uniforms and not one person approached us with this over the top salesman attitude, like most places. ( no commissions they say). I bought a 2015 Tesla and the finance lady was great to deal with , super quick and easy! Also the delivery crew was great , they took my old tag and epass and made sure everything was ok and I was off, my kids are coming of age to buy a car in the next two years and I will be there !!
