We stopped here as they had on hand all 3 of the vehicles we were interested in. One stop shop! In addition, they have a LARGE variety of used vehicles to choose from, and the process was quick and easy to l we were interested in. One stop shop! It feels like a massive place when you step in, and a bit intimidating with the idea that such an establishment would pressure us into buying. That was not the case. Everything was streamlined and smooth, and there wasn't any pressure from anyone. Our salesmen was Dieune Pierre, and he was very patient and supportive during our time there. He showed up about 10 different vehicles, 3 of which we test drove. Never once did we feel pressured to move forward, even when we said we were 90% sure and it was closing time. The offer we received on our trade in was VERY fair, and made us feel even better about moving forward. The finance process took a while, as it always does, but the finance guy we sat down with to discuss terms and eventually sign was equally patient and friendly, and also informative. Even though it was nearly 10pm when we started signing, we didn't feel rushed. He answered all of our questions on the extended warranties and more, and gave us the space and time to discuss together (my husband and I). It was 10:30pm when we rode out of there with our new car, and we both felt tired, obviously, but also very good about our decision. While I may have been skeptical about such a large place at the beginning, in the end I am glad that we ended up here! All of that being said, I always believer there is room for improvement. So here goes: while I realize that this dealership is moving a TON of cars in and out each day/week, I do feel they could up their game on the cleanliness of the vehicles. Most of them we saw were in need of a thorough cleaning inside. As a customer, stepping into a dirty car lowers my interest almost instantly, and makes me feel less sure about the quality of the car. Even when we purchased it, it wasn't cleaned inside, only washed (which it was raining). It smelled nice, but was dirty. As streamlined and efficient as hGreg is, I think they can handle some good cleaning, especially on newly purchased vehicles. It would be a much appreciated bonus. Another way they can up their game is to have some type of beverage area. I'm not talking anything fancy, but how about some coffee and water? I realize COVID times may have changed their procedures on this, but in case it's just not a normal thing, I'd encourage them to consider it. When stepping into a $40K+ loan, it'd be nice to have some free water/coffee during our visit. There are vending machines, but what's better than free? When you're talking about a dealership of this size, certain amenities are kind of expected. Overall, we are happy with our experience here and I'd recommend it to others. More
