Horrible overall experience. Absolute garbage customer service and response time. 1. Applied for financing and it took them 2 days to tell me that they still had not even started the process. 2. The rear bumper needed to be fixed and repainted. I purchased anyway and paid to fix the bumper myself. 3. The tags took two months to arrive. I spoke with my county clerk and they said they were constantly waiting on something from whoever HGreg hired to handle the tags. Every time I call HGreg, no one answers or returns my call after leaving a message. 4. Received a check in the mail for a refund bc they can't do math and I over paid for the taxes and tags. I deposited the check and it was returned. I was issued a fee by my bank. Of course I call and no one answers. WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE AGAIN. More
