Worst experience ever! We have been shopping for a car for weeks now. We saw something online at the HGreg location in Orlando, so we called to set up an appointment. When we got there there was maybe 3 customers total with about 10 sales people. we waited for an hour before we were able to test drive the car. upon driving into the parking lot, the sales man "Will" from the back set opened the rear window and screamed out to his friends. (it was in Spanish, so I'm not sure what he was saying). Moving forward, we liked the car and proceeded to make the deal. During the application process, it was basically a joke, my sales man could not answer any of our questions and would simply reply that "like his job, and did not want to lose it" then proceeded to slip in hidden costs. the place is a joke, and I would not recommend it to anyone! We were extremely disappointed in the company's decision to not offer to sell us a vehicle because we were from out of state and required a transport to pick up the vehicle. They stated it is their poli to not offer to sell us a vehicle because we were from out of state and required a transport to pick up the vehicle. They stated it is their policy to not sell vehicles to out of state customers unless they can come in personally and pick up the vehicle. We offered to waive their warranty period and even sign a hold-harmless agreement in order to get the deal done. All were refused. It makes you wonder if they are hiding something and are not confident in the vehicles they are selling. Very sad for a dealer of this magnitude and reputation to be so difficult to do business with. More
