First the cars are all ready to sell, they're lot ready for sure and there's a lot of them, many makes/models, very diverse selection. I was fortunate to meet with Sam Jones and told him I was only interested in test driving, so we took it out for a spin, they're nice cars...too nice for me. We talked inside and Sam walked me through every step on getting to own one and there was ZERO pressure just calm and friendly conversation. Then we talked price, trade in, down payment....this was happening! I was soon in the back with Crista and she laid out the financing plans available and then I realized this car was gonna be mine... We agree to terms, she sends me to Samer, he checks insurance plans for me and winds up saving me almost $100! Now I'm cleaning out my Mustang and taking home the Genesis...it was hard to say goodbye to my old car but the choice was made...it was absolutely a reality! HGreg, unknown to most, nobody, I talked to about them or the car had ever heard of them, not one person...I found you through TrueCar and am very happy I did. We found HGreg while searching for a car in google. We received a phone call very soon after responding online with our interest in a particular car. HGreg has an impressive operation; it is clear to see everyone has their own tasks to accomplish amidst the activity of the busy dealership. We were fortunate to have Farrukh as our salesperson. He was detail oriented, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, aware of our time and overall an advocate for us. He first reviewed all history and paperwork on the car and how HGreg operates. After handing us a folder of the paperwork he escorted us to see the car and look over every detail, never rushing us, he answered any question we could think of before our test drive. It is so important to feel trust in both the company and salesperson when purchasing a car. Something about Farrukh gives a sense of calm and trust, never feeling pressured to make a decision. He gave us room to think and decide followed by efficiently walking us through the buying process explaining all the details to us. Everyone from the greeter to the manager (Louis) to the loan dept. Would not return Honest review of our experience. Unfortunately I would not recommend and will not go back. First off, I will say our sales person, Carolyn, was great, not pushy and spent much time with us. Besides that our experience with management and the car was disappointing. The reason why the prices are good is because the majority of the cars have an accident reported, we personally had a hard time finding one we liked that hadn't been through one. Against our best judgement we bought a car with a front end accident and were promised a 3 day return policy. Well, when we got home we noticed structure damage that we didn't notice before. Two days after buying the car, when leaving work at 1:30 am, the car would not start. We decided to take the car back early in the morning the next day, since we were still under the 3 days (72 hours). When we got there they called the manager right away even though they said 3 day policy, "no questions asked." Manager was not nearly as friendly as when selling the car, just continued to repeat himself saying he would not agree to a return, but would do an exchange. Of course by that time we didn't trust the business anymore or any of their cars. We ended up exchanging it, but of course it was hard to find a car with no accident again...Anyways, save your money and go somewhere else, next time we'll do the same. They have lost our, our family and our friends' business for sure. More
