A wasted call. Basically you wanted to sound supportive in your public review response, but on the phone you give no support at all. You said that just because an ad claims something with one of your vehicles, those are just possibilities of what it came with new and doesn’t necessarily mean the vehicle is coming with it. Extremely deceiving and unethical to say the least. And no doubt your customers would like to know this. I purchased new mats that you shorted me at my own expense. You didn’t offer to make anything right in my situation and you continue to “miss the mark”! Brian Gray
