One of the worst I used to work in a car dealership, so I know how it works, but this place too the cake. I knew I was going to pay more due to my credit, so that wasn't an issue, but once bought, it was amazing how bad this car really is. So I bought a 2007 Kia Sorento from them last year. I have my own business, so it was hard to get me financed, buy they did and got me out the door that day. Then a week later, I get a call from the financial institution who was looking for more information, as they had no clue I owned my own business. I had to go through all the paperwork again. Next the key fob didn't work. Easy fix right, so I said I would program it, as I've done a few others. Well, this year has to be done by the dealership, so I called up my sales guy. His response, there is no IOU on it, so I would be charged, mind you this is the next week. My wife noticed she was having a hard time breathing in the car too, so I thought I would replace the cabin filter. No, cabin filter, not holder for cabin filter, no cover for duct return. Okay, now I was getting irritated. Called about that, was told, "you do realize you bought a used car". Again, this is week 2 of owning it. So week 3, I decided I needed to really go though my "new used car". Here is what I found. 4. 3 out of 4 tires need to be replaced badly. 5. misaligned 6. 5 intake manifold bolts loose. 7. part of the wiring harness in the engine bay was loose, and touching exhausted 8. Spark plugs, looked original, mind you I bought this car with 130,000 miles on it. 9. drive shaft center bearing, not only shot, but broken and slapping around 10. Thing was just dirty straight from the dealership. I had to clean the car for one full day, and found all types of stuff from one of the previous owners, including stickers stuck on the sun visor. Again, what should I expect for a used car, bought at a dealership, who is supposed to be part of the Kia family. I would truly stay away from this place. More

After having the car for a couple weeks started realizing some things were broke and some issues I've been to Service 3 times driver side mirror didn't work and console clip was broke, almost a month still waiting for the part, Actuator went bad and headlight bulb went out, I had to pay for those.. I also had to take it for a skipping or shaking when accelerating they could not diagnose it because it does not do it all the time. I asked about my original metal tag they told me it will come in the mail everything takin care of they later on they told me I have to go to DMV to straighten out I called they said it was mailed today. Now I still don't have my tag stuck with an expired paper tag from Qauto if buying usedjust make sure you inspect the vehicle out very well.. More

Satisfied in every way! I brought my Range Rover in to trade for a car last year. We paid 24,000 for the new car and when we went to sell it back today, we got 18k back as we I brought my Range Rover in to trade for a car last year. We paid 24,000 for the new car and when we went to sell it back today, we got 18k back as well as a check coming for 1500-2000 coming back for warranty refund. One year, 10k more miles and they still have us all but 4K back! They actually give me 1k MORE than what I asked them to purchase the car for - which is unheard of in the car business. I am beyond satisfied! Jay was our salesman and he helped me throughout the year with every question and concern I had! It was also very quick and simple! Go to Jay at Brandon Q auto!!! More

After I received the "run around" I went back to the dealer to return a vehicle that was sold under deceptive practices. Not one sales person I had previously dealt with would make eye contact with me. Then the finance guy, Gerald tried to play the innocent role which upset me even more. The sales people do not know their product or the warranties. The finance people are extremely deceptive and worse, play at doing you a favor. They know people coming to this type of dealer are desperate and trying to rebuild credit. This car dealer takes advantage of this. They are the worst type of people, they prey on the weak. More

The Finance company alerted us that they cannot give two loans to the same person and QAuto was aware of this rule but QAuto did it anyway. The Finance company told us to return one car immediately as the loan was achieved against the known rules. Meanwhile, Gerald knew we were getting rid of a car in order to get this one and he was aware (from what the finance company told us) of the no two car loan rule. Why would they deceive us this way? We've had the cars for two weeks and now they say we have to return them? Was this just to make the end of the month quota? The finance person who called us from QAuto also was deceptive. He called to say we needed to bring the car in so we could work out the paperwork. When we asked more questions he finally admitted that they had to take the car back. What's up with the deception? Repeated calls over the past week have never been returned. I guess once they get the sale on their books you are history. More

From the moment we arrived, our salesperson, Anthony D., was very informative and quickly showed us and let us test drive the vehicle we were interested in. We liked the vehicle and were planning on going back once we sold our current truck; however, Q Auto made us a trade-in offer we couldn't refuse. We ended up trading in the truck and buying the vehicle that evening. We like the no haggle pricing on the vehicles and felt like the Q Auto team were honest and upfront. Overall, definitely a good experience and believe us...we can't say that about many dealers in the area! More
