Unfortunately I can't speak to a specific employee as no one serviced me besides the vanishing receptionist. When I asked the receptionist if she could call someone to help us look at the inside of one of the cars, she didn't look up from her phone but said "I paged someone". So I let her know we would be right out by the cars and to send them out (these cars were right in front in view of the entrance). No employee ever came out and when I looked back 2 minutes later the receptionist left her desk and never returned. After 15-20 minutes of looking at the cars, my friend and I left without help and will not return unfortunately. More

They had a commercial on the radio advertising a special for people with bad or no credit. Once I got to the dealership and applied for a car that I wanted they kept on telling me that I did not qualify but for people with bad or no credit. Once I got to the dealership and applied for a car that I wanted they kept on telling me that I did not qualify but the sales person did say that they can give me the bottom of the barrel car that nobody basically wanted. After I agreed on that deal I still never heard back from the salesperson that I was working with. I have reached out to him several times through text and phone calls and he never did respond back to me. I will never recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. Just a bunch of scam artists trying to lure people into their dealership and then do absolutely nothing for them. More
