We had an appointment for 2-14-25 regarding a suspected failing alternator and dropped off our Taurus 2-13-25 around 4:00pm. Diagonostic not completed or communicated until 2-15-25 to confirm failing alte failing alternator and dropped off our Taurus 2-13-25 around 4:00pm.
