The truth is we came in honestly to look after a less then encouraging experience at an Infiniti dealer!! From the very instant we walked into the showroom - Everyone we encountered was helpful, friendl then encouraging experience at an Infiniti dealer!! From the very instant we walked into the showroom - Everyone we encountered was helpful, friendly and made the experience so much fun! Ewa knows the products in-side and out, and it is clear makes every effort to do what's best for both the client and the dealer, as a business person I appreciate that. We enjoyed the fact that employees like Michael approached us to make sure we were taken care of, when we were waiting to pick up the car, and jumped right in to move the plates from our old car, and gave us a tour of the service area, which is almost as clean as my kitchen! I am sorry I don't know everyone's name, but there was not one person we worked with, or talked to, who wasn't friendly, helpful and clearly working to make us feel appreciated and wanted as a customer. I am thrilled with the car, the quality of the people at BMW of Bayshore and looking forward to enjoying being a long term BMW owner and advocate! More

Service was outstanding, took a huge amount of time, effort and trouble to get the car exactly as I wanted it to be. Patiently explained all the features to me before I purchased and then showed me how effort and trouble to get the car exactly as I wanted it to be.
