Melissa changed my perception by making me feel like a respected customer. She was very informative and patient as I tried to get my loan payoff info. She is pleasant and courteous. She kept me informed of the steps for lending, and went above and beyond to make sure the finance manager (Dennis?) was there, who was equally as professional and courteous.
