Amazing Customer Service I was looking at BMW of Smithtown and I was having a problem over there. I called up BMW of Bayshore and got Steve on the phone. We discussed a few th I was looking at BMW of Smithtown and I was having a problem over there. I called up BMW of Bayshore and got Steve on the phone. We discussed a few things as far as what I was looking for and looking to spend and we set up a test drive for the next day. The next day I stopped in, test drove the car and then sat down with Steve to go over everything. He is the best sales person that I have dealt with and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get into a BMW. He has followed up with me regularly to see how everything is, how I like the car and if there is anything that I need. More

Vidal was very detailed when explaining the features of the car and addressed all my questions. The car was delivered as promise. When I had questions after my purchase, Vidal was quick to follow up...I was pleasantly surprised with my dealing with the finance department. Dennis did not try to pressure me to purchase additional service or maintenance packages. He explained things thoroughly. The process was quick and simple... NO test drive for us!! Prior to our arrival at Habberstad BMW my wife called Robert Pellegrino whom she already had spoken to earlier in the week about our search for a car Prior to our arrival at Habberstad BMW my wife called Robert Pellegrino whom she already had spoken to earlier in the week about our search for a car and informed him we are coming over to the dealership to look at a 528 or 535. Upon arriving we were not even offered a bottle of water on a hot summer day. Robert was nice to enough to inform us a little bit about the car. The problem we encountered was when I said ok let’s test the drive vehicle. He stated to my wife and I that he did not have a vehicle ready for us to test drive. I found this hard to believe but he further stated the vehicle has to be gone over by the service department and being that its 4pm they might not have one ready to test drive till tomorrow. This I cannot understand. He said well he can maybe try to get it ready if we wanted to come back in a couple hours since we live kind of close by. At this point I informed him I will be in touch at a later date. My wife and I drove over to another BMW dealership where within 15 minutes of our arrival we were on the road for a test drive with 2 bottles of water in hand. Possible Habberstad BMW should review the actions by this salesperson who in turn cost the dealership a sale. I’m sad to say that I would not recommend Habberstad BMW to anyone I know. PS My wife and I signed a deal at the second BMW dealership. Your loss Habberstad BMW!! More
