Disappointment turns to Satisfaction After initially being somewhat disappointed after my service appointment I have to say I am now quite happy. The issue stemmed not so much with servic After initially being somewhat disappointed after my service appointment I have to say I am now quite happy. The issue stemmed not so much with service per se, but a disconnect in communication that I had with the Service and Sales team. The issue was that there was a damaged door trim when I took my initial delivery of the car and I was assured that it would be taken care of by my first service appointment. What happened was the trim subsequently had to be ordered to color match and not just taken from another vehicle for risk of breaking. However, this was not initially communicated to me which made me just a tad upset when I came for my service appointment thinking this would be taken care of too. Habberstad reached out to me immediately upon hearing of my dissatisfaction and they are doing everything in their power to make sure that I am happy. They want to keep me a loyal client and I would like to be stay a loyal client. Their professionalism throughout this process has been impressive and I am very happy and assured that I will be well taken care of at Habberstad now and in the future. I think that people, myself included are sometimes reluctant to reach out to people for help. I think if you reach out to those that you need to when you may be dissatisfied or when you feel like things can be even a little bit better you will be pleasantly surprised with this group of professionals because they do want to keep their clients/customers loyal. As for the service visit itself...it was extremely friendly, Kevin answered all of my questions and even followed up with some questions I had for him via e-mail. I was quite impressed with the fact that at BMW they actually sit you down and give you a more consultative approach as opposed to standing at a podium and pushed through the line like a circus act at other dealerships. They washed my car and everything was very clean and professional when they were finished. Car runs great and I'll be back to have the door trim fixed for which I have been informed has now arrived. Be careful guys...my level of expectation for the bar you've set now is high ;-) More

I went online to be prepared for the car I wanted to get but took no chances when the young lady called me about the cars, I told her immediately I wanted to deal with Jose again because my first experience with him was great. Once again he did not disappoint. He called me the next day and we were set in motion to get one of the cars I wanted. Jose took his time with hearing exactly what I wanted and needed and came through as he did the first time. I think he is secretly a mind reader because I never told him the color I wanted this time or the first and each time he took me to the color car I wanted. I just laughed again and said, yeah, you have some sort of gift for this. I have had my car for almost a week and am loving every minute of it. I am so happy I could write for hours but don't want you to be sitting hear reading. Rather call Jose and get you the car of your dreams because he will make it happen with the finance manager Dennis Gonzalez. What a team!!! You can tell these men were raised right!!!! Dominic treated me with respect and took me serious. He connected me with the sales manager and worked out the best price for me on this car. I purchased my flight tickets right away out of Miami, and landing in La Guardia the day after we spoke. I took my dad with me for this special moment. When I arrived, everything was ready and My car was waiting for me at the front of the store. It was a simple process and I felt very comfortable. It was very important to me that they stressed the small details, because I know how customer service should be, I am a Finance Manager for a dealer myself here in Miami.
