My 1st BMW & Purchasing my Lease! Two and a half years ago, I leased my first BMW. I started with a dealership closer to where I live (Competition BMW), and while they had a car I liked, they were a bit too pushy. In addition to feeling uncomfortable being pressured into making a purchase, the car was overpriced. After researching other dealers that had the car I wanted, I ended up at Bay Shore BMW. I was beginning to think that a BMW was not something I could afford, and that I'd meet up with another cocky salesman. I couldn't have been more wrong! I had the pleasure of meeting Rob Pelligrino, who put me in a new 335xi at a great price -- no pressure or sales pitch whatsoever. Between him and the rest of the staff, it really was the most pleasant experience I ever had purchasing a car. As the lease was coming to it's end, since I still really loved my car, I was considering buying it, but had some doubts. I read some discouraging stories about BMW Financing not negotiating on the buyout price, which was way above it's resale value. So I went to see Rob, and once again, he negotiated another great deal. He even told me that while he'd like to sell me a new car, he thought buying this one was a good choice! How many salesmen would tell you that! Because of Rob, I'll never buy another BMW from anyone else. He truly goes above and beyond! After the purchase, I did some research to see how good a deal I really got, and after doing all the math,, I saved about $6k off the MSRP, which apparently, for a car in this class, is really good! The best experience ever in a car dealership. From my initial visit through today I am still amazed at the friendliness of the staff from Bob Dell in sales all the way t ever in a car dealership. After I was charged this price, I called other BMW service and was quoted $400+. So this place tried to rip me off over $200 of my hard earn money. Was charged 2 hours of labor when it only took them 30 mins to replace the battery. I have now called my credit card company and will get my money back!!! More

Excellent shopping experience and customer service I'd like to start off by saying that I had originally went to Rallye BMW because I expected a prestige customer service that they advertise with their I'd like to start off by saying that I had originally went to Rallye BMW because I expected a prestige customer service that they advertise with their superior showroom. Rallye's lack of training on customer service and sales in general just deterred me away from doing business with them. It all worked out perfectly because Ewa from Habberstad offered excellent customer service from the very beginning on the phone. I went right the the dealership as scheduled and had an effortless, relaxed experience right from the start to the end of the sale. (I also got a very good deal on my new 328i x drive!). I felt no pressure and no hesitation on their end to take an extra step to accommodate my desires and address my concerns. The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars on the overall experience is because a minor unexpected issue that came up delayed my vehicle pickup. Although it was delayed for about a week or so (and I hate waiting), both Ewa and Eric from the service department did a superior job in making me feel comfortable and valued throughout the process. Regardless of the issue with the car, I would still highly recommend any potential client forthcoming to consider doing business with BMW Habberstad of Bay Shore. They have done an absolute excellent job in customer service and I applaud Ewa and Eric, along with the rest of the Habberstad team in their success in conducting business in a ethical and attractive manner! I will most certainly be back again. More
