I was very upfront in stating what I needed as far as mileage and amenities within the car. Melissa initially showed me the 3 series and due to the nature of my business the car was too small for my liking. She took her time to show me the 5 series and allowed me to make sure that my equipment for work fit in the trunk as this was of importance. Melissa was beyond helpful, kind and knowledgable . First Time Owner This was my first time in a BMW showroom and I had no intention of buying or leasing a vehicle. I went in with my daughter to show her how expensive This was my first time in a BMW showroom and I had no intention of buying or leasing a vehicle. I went in with my daughter to show her how expensive BMW's are. An hour later I was the owner of a new BMW 328i!!! My sales person was Ms. Ewa Gmyrek and she made all the difference. She was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She made me feel comfortable and was not pushy. She listened to my needs and concerns and was able to put together a deal that was well within my budget. Her enthusiasm was contagious and I felt that she was as excited as I was when we took the car for a test drive. I have had the car now for about three weeks and I thoroughly enjoy it. It is truly a fun car to drive and the handling is exceptional. I also had an excellent experience with Mr. Ian Harrison, the Finance Manager. He clearly explained all of the paperwork and the warranties. Although there were a lot of papers to sign, Ian made me feel comfortable and confident.
