It is a major investment but the BMW history speaks for itself. So the vehicle basically sells itself. That leaves the sales rep? Melissa's knowledge of the product and options available to customize my ride was extremely valuable. She did not try to sell me a more costly vehicle but listened as I described what I wanted or did not want in the package. After two visits to the dealership and meeting Melissa the deal was done. Upon pick up day Melissa took her time to explain the operation of the vehicle to my wife and I. Being able to use the BMW web site to follow the manufacture of my new Series 428 from Germany to the dealer was a pleasant addition. More
