Finally back in BMW!!! Knowing my lease was coming up and much like going to the dentist I wasn't looking forward to going through that experience again. In the past I have had a hard time finding a car because of the torment of dealing with the typical "Car Salesman" and the spiel that goes along with that. Enter Melissa Scelsi at Habberstad BMW! It was a completely different experience. No pressure, no games. She was honest and trustworthy! She was patient with me and all my indecision between models, features and colors of cars. Encouraged me to try them all and see which one fit my tastes best. I'm so happy with my new car and I don't think I will ever dread the process of getting a new car again! My dream come true...! From the time I was 12 years old I wanted a bmw but not someone else's bmw...a new one. When I was ready I contacted Bayshore BMW and couldn't be happier with the service I received from Melissa. I drove her crazy waiting for my car to come off the boat and into port. I was as impatient as a child in a toy store. Its just I had to have it I was in love. Melissa not only dealt with my craziness she did everything in her power to keep me notified and make the process as quick and easy as possible. I have had my bmw since November and I have to tell you my love for it is exactly the same if not more than when I drove it out of the show room. Now I'd like to add that Melissa continues to provide customer service well after you buy the car too. I call her with questions ranging from satellite radio to maintenance and stupidly "how do you open the gas tank" questions. You call...she answers not only the phone but your questions too. I recommend Bayshore BMW to everyone and if they see Melissa they will not regret it. More

When we picked up the car he explained all the features that were in the vehicle. The sales Manager John Cuozzo was also a pleasure to work with. We agreed on a price and we picked up the car the next day. If your looking to buy a BMW go to Habberstad of Bay shore..We went to other dealers in Long Island and this is by far the best. Ask for Vidal when you go and you will have a great car buying experience. We live in Nassau County and we will drive there when the car has to be serviced. More

Aladi Overall, my experience at Habberstad BMW in Bay Shore was great. They answered all of my questions and seemed very fair throughout the process. Aladin Omar did a great job of helping me through my purchase from beginning to end. He touched on many of the features of the car that I came to get. I left there knowing how to already use many of the advanced features of my new car. Be sure to ask for him when you visit. He was very professional and even entertained my wife and I throughout some of the waiting periods while things were being processed. Omar and his team constantly checked on us and made sure that we were comfortable. This is one of the first public reviews that I have written. It is well deserved since I was impressed with their service. Thank you for a great buying experience. My wife will be back soon to join the BMW team. More

I called to inquire on the vehicle and was paired with Dominic Lombardi. Dominic was a complete pleasure to deal with. After being introduced we set a date for me to come see the car and upon my arrival Dominic already had the car waiting for me to test drive. We took a ride allowing me to properly interact with the car and headed back to the dealership where we discussed an ongoing promotion for 0.9% financing. I was knowingly upside down on my trade and Dominic helped come up with multiple options that I can go with which I sincerely appreciated. I got approved the same day for 0.9 financing with NO MONEY DOWN! I really appreciate Dominic and Habberstad BMW for the easy going experience when it came to the sale. More
