Melissa at BMW of Bayshore was the most professional, honest and sincere salesperson that I dealt with. For that reason I chose to lease my X3 with Melissa at BMW of Bayshore and she and her team made the experience as smooth as possible. They spent a nice amount of time teaching my wife all of the ins and outs of the car and made sure to connect her iPhone to the Bluetooth. The finance department with Ian was also a positive experience. He did not push me to purchase any type of extra that I was not interested in. I highly recommend this dealership! More
