I had a service appointment for both routine service along with a noise coming from the engine at idle (the noise only occurs when the engine is at at operating temperature)both the service adviser and along with a noise coming from the engine at idle (the noise only occurs when the engine is at at operating temperature)both the service adviser and a service tech was there when i dropped the car off and agreed that this was not a normal noise and that the car required service. The service adviser assured me that my car no longer had noise issues and after 2 days i picked up the car and proceeded to hear the same noise as soon as i parked the car in my garage. The problem was never being corrected. More

I can honestly say that I had an amazing experience. I felt like I wasn't dealing with a salesman but rather someone who was actually genuine. The test drive was awesome, the paperwork wasn't lengthy as I expected. When I picked up the vehicle the following day, it was spotless. After this experience, I don't think I will go to another dealership from here on out. Chris still stays in touch to this day, so customer service is key to this dealership. I strongly recommend anyone considering BMW to go to Habberstad BMW of Bay Shore. More

Honestly, Xavier was the best sales man i have encountered with out of all dealerships i been to. Wasn't annoying and wasn't pushy like most sales reps are to buying cars. Had a great experience with BMW of Bayshore, this was my 3rd BMW, 2nd one from this dealership. My overall experience with Robert Pellegrino was great he handled everything perfectly.
