We lost our 2007 BMW 550I as a result of hurricane Sandy. We loved that car. We rented a car for a few months as we considered our options. Finally a friend recommended us to Bayshore BMW. When we visited there, we were so lucky to have Paul Senft as our salesman. He very carefully explained all our options, including buying or leasing. We had never leased a car before, always buying at once. We took test drives in different models, checking out power, handling etc. Paul finally left the decision up to us, as to model and payment. We decided on leasing a 535IX and picked it up a few days later. It is a great car, and we received full instructions from a wonderful young woman on the basic operations, and even some of the more involved. I purchased a 2014 X1 xDrive28i from BMW of Bay Shore. I've been interested in this car for a while and went to the NY International Auto Show earlier this year to check it out. That's where I met Chris Abbatiello, my client advisor, who invited us for a test drive. Both my gf and I felt comfortable with Chris so we drove the 45 minutes or so to Bay Shore, passing by a half dozen BMW dealerships along the way, one being half a mile from home. BMW of Bay Shore is a beautiful dealership and Chris was very helpful in making my test drive, ordering, and delivery experience a wonderful one. He has gone above and beyond in responding to all my questions and requests. Among them, he made sure the dealership did not wash/detail the car per my request (I was going to bring it to my own detailer), he helped me get a slot in the busy Service Department when I got a screw in my tire, and he was also getting me the best price on accessories for my new car. Chris also has a unique approach in his delivery process that he calls the "3 Cs". I'll let him explain that one to you. A lot of people hate going to dealerships because they have it in their minds that it's a "stealer-ship", if you know what I mean. I certainly don't feel that way at BMW of Bayshore; in fact I feel that I am treated very well, even though I didn't purchase a $100k automobile. I would highly recommend anyone in the Tri-State area interested in BMWs to come to this dealership and I would recommend they deal with Chris Abbatiello. Trust me, its worth the drive! More

When we walked into the dealership Saul greeted us with a warm welcome, had all the lease papers prepared for our signature, and had seen to matters of registration, title, and insurance. Saul demonstrated his extensive knowledge about the automobile and patiently took the time to explain all the car's new features. This is our third BMW and our first time leasing from Saul at Habberstad. We would not think of workng with any other BMW dealership since Saul fulfilled every promise and commitment thoroughly and in a timely manner that showed his respect for us as customers. More
