I received a phone call on a thursday that my BMW needed some scheduled maintenance. I made an appointment for that Saturday. I dropped the car off on Saturday morning for an oil change, brake fluid flush some scheduled maintenance. I made an appointment for that Saturday. The car was ready by the end of the day - and they even performed a recall repair that I was not aware about at the time. 1 day later i received the recall notice in the mail - so I was glad they did that work all on Saturday so i didn't have to bring the car back. Prior expensive service failed to remedy problem. Brought car in again to resolve leaking fluids. Customer had to initiate status of service. Bought car there, only serviced at dealer for nearly 10 years. Quality/service has deteriorated. Had prior recent service problem where service issue was addresses but specific work caused another problem that required significant cost. No effort/offer to resolve or pay for damage. Should have resolved before dealing with recent service. More
I was excited to purchase my 2013 bmw 335i xdrive in November. When I rec'd it in March it was awesome. The car was fantastic and BMW did a beautiful job. I had them put in all the extras. After having the car for approx. 2 weeks it stopped working. The car was completely dead. After BMW came to my house to jump the car, I brought it in for service and after a few days I was given the car back. I was told that the car was fine and the problem could not be found. The diagnostics failed to pinpoint the issue. About an hour later I had to bring the car back to service b/c the car battery was discharging again. Now, the car has been in service for another week. At this point, BMW is having trouble diagnosing the problem. They are working with Techs to try to figure out why the car keeps dying. Hopefully, the car is not a lemon. I have to say my new car excitement has been squashed and I am starting to miss my old car. Now I am paying for a car that I cant even use. Now, I am being asked how I like my car and to fill out a survey. Its like adding insult to injury. More
