I have had BMW cars for as long as I can remember. The car I am talking about this time is my M5. I have had it for almost 3 years and I enjoyed it, don't get me wrong its an amazing car but I wanted some car I am talking about this time is my M5. My last 2 purchases were at Habberstad BMW of Bay Shore, so naturally im going to start there. When I arrived I told them I am looking for something new and didn't know what. We drove around a few new cars and nothing caught my eye. Right before I was about to leave Robert asked me if I would ever want to drive an SUV. I never had one but it would be a consideration. We went for a ride in the new X5 and it blew me away. Much more comfortable obviously than my M5 and the spacious room of a truck. I was sold. Now I know why I keep coming here, I have never been let down. Robert knew exactly what he was talking about, knew all the cars inside out & that's why I could trust that the X5 was a great choice. Made appointment weeks in advance so that I could get a loaner car. When I got there no BMW loaners were available. I had to wait 30 minutes to speak to the Hertz rental agent. The car they gave me was ter loaner car. When I got there no BMW loaners were available. I had to wait 30 minutes to speak to the Hertz rental agent. The car they gave me was terrible and one of the tires had a leak so the next morning it was flat. I pay a lot of money for my BMW and a lot of money for the service. Bay Shore BMW needs to step it up! More

Frank Cortale is the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. No pressure and always friendly. He listened to my needs and got me a great deal on my Z4. About a month later, Frank contacted me to go over more of the electronics the car had. He still periodically contacts me to see if I have any questions or concerns.
