I have been a customer at competition bmw for years. I decided to give your dealership a try. My saleman was very helpful and i enjoyed working with him. So two year ago I purchased an 2019 x5 from this dealer( Huntington location) for $52,000 and now I went to the same dealership( Bayshore location) and was told I have neg Equity of 16k which blows my mind Huntington location) for $52,000 and now I went to the same dealership( Bayshore location) and was told I have neg Equity of 16k which blows my mind as I never missed a payment, I did had one minor bumper accident which was fix with the highest Quality . So how am I’m in should neg equity unless they over charged dramatically two years ago. I even ask if they would meet me 1/2 way in reaching a fair payment if I given them 25k down payment. Answer no. I feel taken for a ride. Stay away from Habberstad bmw. I been with bmw for 25 years now I will never buy another one. The ultimate driving machine has poor Depreciation value. Stay away. Going to Range Rover now to see if I can get out this mess Habberstad cause. Horrible service. Salesman’s was nice and tried but there is only so much he could do, thanks to Habberstad I will never do business with bmw ever again . Never had this issue ever with Rallye or manhatten bmw who I used in past over 7 times before the Lemon Habberstad sold me. Disgusted More
