When I arrived at Habberstad BMW, at the Bayshore location, I was immediately impressed with the bright, fresh, extremely clean showroom. When greeted by Greg Cola, he instantly put me at ease with h location, I was immediately impressed with the bright, fresh, extremely clean showroom. When greeted by Greg Cola, he instantly put me at ease with his genuine, down-to-earth personality. He had a great deal of knowledge about each BMW I asked him about. Greg made me feel as though I was his only customer, giving me all the time I needed to ask questions, without making me feel rushed or pressured to purchase. I bought my second BMW after speaking with Greg. Although Greg could have been 'done' after the sale, he hooked my phone up to the car, helped me with the pre-sets, and helped me understand everything else that was new to me in the car. My 11 year old son was with me the day I bought the car. Greg showed my son around the service area. He also went out of his was to show my son other cars he thought he would like to see, and would enjoy 'sitting in'. In addition, Greg made everything SO easy-with changing over insurance, plates, etc. Greg's genuine interest in people, his sincerity, and his kind nature are truly the reasons why I returned to BMW Bayshore to purchase my new car.
