They put absolutely no pressure on us at any time, and seemed less like salesmen and more like knowledgeable friends who just really enjoyed talking about the features of the cars. In fact I thought Saul was enjoying talking about the cars as much as we were. When it came to the price, they wowed us with their best number right up front without anyone having to talk to the Great and Powerful Oz behind the curtain. Saul and UB were straightforward and informative from beginning to end. You really felt like they genuinely had your best interest in mind and were trying to help you make the decision best for YOU. And if all this didn't make this the BEST car buying experience of my LIFE, when we picked up the car they fed us a hot lunch and gave us a manicure! Really! Right at the dealership! Experience was great. They got me in at the last minute and were very friendly. They were able to provide me with a loaner car. When I picked up my car, I noticed a scratch that wasn't there when I droppe and were very friendly. They were able to provide me with a loaner car. The entire staff was courteous and accomodating. I was running 20 minutes later than the scheduled time and everyone was so nice accomodating the later time. Also the loaner car was awesome!!!
