When I arrived Joe and his staff were very helpful as I transferred my belongings and my Bassett hound, Lola, from the loaner to my car. Upon arrival at the dealership I met Jarred and immediately felt welcomed. He was terrific to work with, friendly, polite, not pushy and incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of my new mini c immediately felt welcomed. Donna also was a doll to work with. She clearly explained all the financial aspect in an understandable way and was clear about all the warranty items. Overall, I have never had a more pleasant experience at a dealership and would go back to Jarred to purchase a car anytime. More
You've given me a car that's brilliant on the road and a disaster in the software. It's computer system is faulty, unreliable, complicated, user-unfriendly and unforgiving. The GPS is a disaster with an u disaster in the software. It's computer system is faulty, unreliable, complicated, user-unfriendly and unforgiving. The GPS is a disaster with an un-readable map, difficult to program destinations and tells me the lattitude and longitude of where i am but not the street--how geeky. The in-car cell phone system is so poorly programmed i've disconnected the outgoing call function so i can actually make an outgoing call. the ipod connector sometimes refuses to recognize the ipod; the pre-sets for my radio sometime disappear than a week later re-appear. and the convertible top mechanism is a disaster: the sensors are huffy. your service personnel claimed i'm opening/closing the top while driving! Because the sensors of this dysfunctional, poorly tested, over geeked computer system tells them so. Which is adding insult to injury. Frankly, every time you collect your montly lease fee, i really feel mini-cooper is a thief. you've given me only half a car. you've ruined a beautifully engineered car that's a pleasure to drive with a poor,amateurish computer system that is not in beta phase...but in zed phase (ask the Brits what that means; they created this disaster). When I picked up my Countryman, Gus was very patient and informative going over all the stuff I needed to know to drive off the lot. He gave a great deal of confidence in the service department. Had a negative experience with Hassel BMW so, I went to Habberstad and was given honest, straight forward, easy to understand answers to my questions about the Mini Cooper Hardtop. Started off at Hassel Mini and wasn't really happy with what was being offered. Made it over to your dealership after 730 and was greater warmly and didn't feel rushed at all eventhough it was almost closi what was being offered. George explained all car features and financing in a way that was very easy to understand. I was also happy with the price negotiated. When I picked up the car the next day George once again explained the paperwork in an easy to underhand manner. Once we got into my new car all features were demonstated and I especially apriciated my phone blue tooth connection being paired with the car. I also apricated the the friendliness of the Diane and the receptionist. More
