When ever I come in to the dealership for my appointment I am greated right away by either Jay or Kathy. I am usually there for an appointment for oil change or other service on my car. Most of the time there is no other work that has to be on my car, so I am in and out in no time which is great. I think your service people are very helpfull and friendly when it comes to customers. The salespeople were very unprofessional. There was too much standing around, very few people doing work, and etc. I was there to purchase a vehicle and was approved for financing. However, I was made to sit and wait while the person helping us assisted his other customers and made us wait longer. The entire experience was a mess and was on par with the general experiences that have been shared with me by many of my friends. A look at the staff at this location should take place immediately. And please don't respond back (as you have with all the other comments) with how "you tried everything" and "did this deal" and that "financing" deal. That has nothing to do with this. Your customer service was sub-par and you should know this. More

I have never been treated so well by a car dealer. They host a new car buyers' dinner for new owners and go out of there way to explain everything to you. I had a small problem with the seat cover on my drivers seat 2 months afetr I bought it, They replaced it no questions asked. I was very impressed as other dealers wouldn't do that. I have recommended this dealer and the Hyundai brand to many people since buying my car. I did my homework before buying and found the Hyundai has a very high safety rating and a great warranty. She diagnosed the problem instantly, scheduled it for immediate repair, which was covered under warranty, and had me on a courtesy van so that I could get to work on time - all in under 5 minutes. That's the hallmark of exceptional service!! I would certainly recommend purchasing a Hyundai Santa Fe, Cathy Foster as a service advisor, and Haddad's Hyundai without reservation. I was greeted promptly by Steve who was very knowledgable about all of the Hyundai product as well as competing models from other brands. I was very surprised at that because I wanted to go look at Honda and about all of the Hyundai product as well as competing models from other brands. I was very surprised at that because I wanted to go look at Honda and Toyota but he did a great job explaining all the differences to help me choose the Santa Fe. So far I have had it now for over a month and I am getting great gas mileage and everything about this car fits my families needs.
