So over all not a great experience, the clerk that I checked in & out with was pleasant and personable. But when I got in the car and left I realized that I was missing a couple items and my console had checked in & out with was pleasant and personable. I am missing my favorite candle that was in the cup holder the lid was still there but the candle is missing. I use it for air fresher it makes my car smell so good. I always go thru Velma when all 3 of my cars need service. She always does a great job and is always professional. Express service is the worst thing ever. I have never had to wait so long for anything. I got their at 7:10 and left at 12:00. Waited 20-25 minutes just to be seen. Wait time I had an appointment at 10:00 for an oil change. It took 2 and a half hours. They also declined to rotate my tires due to me needing new ones.
