Okay service I dropped of my Kia Soul for service recall, Vanessa my advisor was nice and communicated with me by via text and recommended services. Very convenien I dropped of my Kia Soul for service recall, Vanessa my advisor was nice and communicated with me by via text and recommended services. Very convenient because she responded in timely manner. How ever my car was left outside with Passenger window rolled down. If they knew it wouldn’t go up they should have put my car inside the shop or try to put it up somehow. I didn’t have valuable stuff inside but someone got in there and searched my car. Center counsel was full with pens and a Toyota bag was also taken with other small stuff. Not to mention It’s really nothing at all but just the action for someone who obviously needed allot of pens and search my car was very unprofessional. More

Everyone was very polite and attentive. Kia service was very efficient and the people in the office were very nice. I did notice when I picked up the car that there were dirt smudges on the Kia service was very efficient and the people in the office were very nice.
