Our salesperson Mr. Brandon Giroux has taken care of us, and reaches out periodically to check on things….we’re approaching 3k miles, so we need to take it in for an oil change….I have told several people who keep asking me about the car. I tell them it’s great, or that we love it. If you place the Subaru along the street, and compare a Porsche Cayenne, our Subaru Outback 3.6L 6-cyl that we have, and a black BMW…all similar wagons or suv, black on black, then you can’t really tell the difference…this actually happened last month in NYC...the Subaru looks great, and drives great…even the drivability is comparable to a BMW at 30-70mph, smoother than Audi Q7 too….you get essentially the same cargo space as Audi Q7….and all for ½ the price…that’s what I recently told a neighbor… You don’t get luxuries like side mirrors that move automatically…and the mirror quality when wet or at night don’t seem to work as well…but that’s like complaining that you can’t find the remote to change the channel on your television, when you can simply stand up and walk to the TV and push a button… And at Haddad, it started with the first call and information through Haddad’s website that was up-to-date and real-time. My first impression was with a kind and smart lady who answered the phone when I first called. I believe she is the “Internet” Service Manager. That was unique, I thought. The excellent initial phone service was indicative of the future excellent service. Each sales person, including finance and management, that we met at different times during the sales process were good listeners and fair and helpful. I know that if a business knows how to answer phones, then I could expect quality services from the company. Haddad exceeded our expectations. We started at a different dealership in a different state, researched several websites, and had other options. We decided to do business with Haddad. The quality service was consistent from the beginning to the end of the sales process, including internet, phone calls, in-person visits, timely services, flexibility, electronic communication and follow up, and finance and contract negotiations; in essence, it all made us feel special and important. More

Many times other dealerships and sales associates will try to push all sorts of vehicles and additions onto the customer without realizing how the customer is feeling, but here at Hadddad Subaru they paid complete attention to what I was looking for without the hassle of trying to push me in any other direction for things I didn't want or need. I appreciate that a lot for it created an easy shopping experience for the best vehicle fit with easy and very reasonable financing options and rates. The vehicle quality and upkeep for the vehicles on the lot I viewed were in very good standing. I fully and highly recommend visiting and shopping here for your next family vehicle at Haddad Subaru for a safe, easy, and reliable customer experience while getting into a vehicle, with kind and attentive staff all around. And the ford dealership next store I have had a terrible customer experience. I don't recommend them at all. More

Did you ever love a car dealer? We've owned a Subaru Forester for 16 years. Haddad Subaru has done a great deal of service on this car and we've always been satisfied. The only minor We've owned a Subaru Forester for 16 years. Haddad Subaru has done a great deal of service on this car and we've always been satisfied. The only minor criticism we've had is that if a big job was required (eg. timing belt) they were reluctant to to do the work on a Saturday as the one job could consume a lot of the mechanics' time. But he work they do and how they communicate in plain English is great. We also have always felt that the pricing was fair. Mike Bonak, who runs the Service Dept., is a true gentleman. When our Forester crossed 213K miles it was time to think about buying a new car. There was no question we'd want another Subaru. We never considered another brand. With no hassle we purchased a new 2016 Outback from Jimi Deangelis. The car arrived ahead of schedule, equipped and priced exactly as we'd negotiated. Today we picked up the car and Jimi took about an hour to walk my wife and me through all the new features of the car. We appreciated that a lot, especially as Saturdays are prime selling time for a dealer. Every minute he was with us meant he was not with another potential buyer. Bottom line: any sort of hesitation you might have about dealing with car dealerships is quickly dispelled when you're dealing with pros like Mike and Jimi at Haddad. Thanks, Larry and Karen More
