No problems what so ever, Joseph Rodgers (product specialist) took the initiative and helped made it possible to trade in my car for an even better one! Everything he did he made sure I was ok with, and even gave me his personal cell phone number to stay in contact with him just in case I had any additional questions and if he wasnt at his office phone to answer my call right away. My experience with them overall was excellent and I dont have one complaint at all with my experience, I look forward to dealing with Haddad Subaru in the later future and receiving their excellent customer service again! Way Too Aggressive, Predatory Practices Returned my grandmother's leased Crosstrek some time ago and was interested in seeing if I could trade in my Impreza to help buy out the Crosstrek. I Returned my grandmother's leased Crosstrek some time ago and was interested in seeing if I could trade in my Impreza to help buy out the Crosstrek. I gave the dealer the keys for the appraisal and was to asked to sign a Commitment to Purchase in order to see what the trade in was worth, and what I would still need to pay. I was assured that this was only a formality and was just so they could run the numbers. The appraisal comes back and it's about half of what KBB values the car at, so I tell them I'd rather just take my car and be on my way. They respond by intimidating me with ad hominem arguments that I signed the Commitment to Buy, and if I wasn't actually willing to buy out the Crosstrek I was being dishonest, and that they might take legal action if I don't purchase the car. KEEP IN MIND, no numbers or figures were given to me prior to this frivolous "Commitment to Purchase" letter. After over an hour of trying to politely get my keys and leave (the dealer refused to give me my keys back) I inform them that I'm going to call the police, at which point the dealer went into a victim mode, and got my keys back. Please, do not use this dealer. More
