I spoke with Abby when calling to inquire on a newly listed CPO. I then told her I would be driving down shortly (24 mile trip) and she stayed to meet with me despite the fact that her shift had ended. listed CPO. As the price of the new car was competitive, that left only the trade-in negotiation. She went to Justin Casey (General Sales Manager) and obtained a trade-in value. I negotiated with her and she gave sound advice on what type of offer would be accepted by the dealership and we came to an agreement.
