Upon referral from a friend, we contacted Andy and as expected, we were treated as if we were part of his family. The "no-pressure" attitude and respect that we were given was above and beyond the reput expected, we were treated as if we were part of his family. The "no-pressure" attitude and respect that we were given was above and beyond the reputation that he has. We purchased a pre-owned Subaru, but Andy made us feel like it was a brand new car. He donated his time to us and made sure that we were 100% comfortable with all the functions and features that the vehicle offered. I went to Haddad Subaru on a Sunday after finding a used car in thier inventory online for my son. Sean was very helpful in bringing the car out for a test drive and through the purchasing process. We picked the car up on Wednesday and the car was clean, and ready to go. I have never had a pick up experience go so smooth. We were back on our way within 5 minutes. At first, they only had one key and fob available and we would need to purchase another. But Sean called back a couple of days later and told me they found the other keys. Very pleased with the experience. More

Danielle responded immediately by email to my initial query and the manager called shortly thereafter. This is a very interesting dealership in that the manager is actually the first person you meet as y query and the manager called shortly thereafter. This is a very interesting dealership in that the manager is actually the first person you meet as you walk in, not some mysterious person hidden in a back room. He greeted us very pleasantly and directed us to Danielle. I have never had a more pleasant car buying experience. We never felt any pressure. Danielle helped us find exactly the car we wanted. We then negotiated a very reasonable deal. The car was not immediately available, but the minute it arrived I was informed that it was there and Danielle accomodated my schedule in order for me to pick it up. Nicole was also very helpful with financing. Danielle then showed us the ins and outs of our new amazing new car. It was so surprising to have such a pleasant and stress free experience. We got exactly what we wanted and love our new car. We will definitely return to this dealership in the future if this is how it can be. More

We located the car on Autotrader.com. It was as-advertised and in great condition. Danielle was very responsive to our initial email inquiry and flexible in scheduling an appointment that worked as-advertised and in great condition. From the minute we walked into the showroom, her warm and friendly personality put us at ease. She worked with us to reach a fair agreement for both parties. Within 2 hours of arriving at the dealership to test drive the car, all the paperwork was complete and we were on our way. The car was prepared and ready for pickup as promised the following Monday. Danielle took the time to review every feature on the car and ensured that everything was in working order. She even took the time to set up the blue tooth connection.
