4th new truck purchase So this is the 4th truck I have purchased from Haddad Toyota, the regular salesperson I worked with in the past had been promoted to sales management, So this is the 4th truck I have purchased from Haddad Toyota, the regular salesperson I worked with in the past had been promoted to sales management, so this time I purchased from Paul Carmon and had a truly AWESOME experience!! Paul spent some time with me to find out what my goal was with a new purchase, showed me a couple of vehicles that met my needs, and called me an hour after I had left the dealership with lease options & prices. I was very pleased with how he treated me & the deal I got. He even was kind enough to meet me on his 1 day off (Sunday) to drive the truck again & sign the paperwork. If your looking for a Toyota, I would recommend you stop in & see Paul Carmon!! More

Innapropriate I gave haddads another shot after then selling a vehicle with 22k worth of prior damage and then not disclosing it. I was referred to them by a friend, to speak with a general manager saying. I was picky and had a tight budget. There was a lot of discussion in between, but one day I told the manager I wanted to hear from him the next day because I needed the truck by a certain deadline (2 weeks from when we first started talking). A couple hours later from sending this, the manager sent me a text from his phone of my friend and himself flipping me off. Keep in mind that I am not friends of this manager. I then did not receive any contact from him until 10 min. after I made a complaint to someone else. Everyone seemed more concerned with selling the vehicle (which was at a good discount) than dealing with this behavior. Very Positive Experience I decided to travel from CT to MA to do business with Haddad's for precisely one reason, Scott Keough. We first met over 20 years ago at another deale I decided to travel from CT to MA to do business with Haddad's for precisely one reason, Scott Keough. We first met over 20 years ago at another dealership that he worked for,and this is the 5th Jeep that I've purchased from him. While I'm not a big fan of the car buying experience, Scott has always made it very pleasant. Not only do I trust him implicitly, I consider him to be a friend which is very important. My previous vehicles were all purchased new but, I've reached a point in my life where I decided that a good one owner car was what I needed and I found exactly what I wanted at a very reasonable price.
