I can’t say enough great things about Tim Sullivan at Toyota of Greenfield. My husband and I chose a 2022 RAV4 and from the second we started looking at it Tim was so helpful. We got a fair trade in on my very tired but well loved 2012 RAV4. I had such a wonderful experience that I will definitely be back to purchase again from Tim. I picked up my new car with a tank full of gas and all detailed, then I brought it back to have it rust proofed and under coated and when I went to pick it up the gas tank was full again!! That is customer service at its finest. Huge round of applause to Toyota of Greenfield and to Tim you have definitely won me over!!

The worst buying experience I’ve ever had. Agreed on an “out the door” price on a 2020 Toyota Tundra over the phone. Got a certified bank check and proof of insurance for the vehicle. I confirmed with the salesman that I would be able to take delivery of the vehicle the same day as I live 3 hours away. He acknowledged I would be leaving with the vehicle the same day. I then asked if the vehicle can be cleaned before I get there so I can properly inspect it, he once again acknowledged and agreed. After arriving at the dealership, the vehicle was absolutely filthy, in no condition to be sold to a consumer. This is a 45,000 dollar certified pre-owned Toyota gold warranty vehicle. We then had to take the vehicle through a car wash while on the test drive. After getting back to the dealership, I still agreed to purchase the vehicle. I am now told I can not leave with the vehicle that day and would have to take another 6 hour round trip to the dealership to take delivery…. or, complete the transaction that day, and have one of the dealer’s transporters drive the vehicle 190 miles to my house, ON MY INSURANCE with no estimated date or time of delivery! Absolute insanity. Haddad Toyota’s motto is “Convenient. Committed. Compassionate.” Sure… I wouldn’t do business with them if they took 10k off the sticker price. Absolutely dishonest, shady dealer. BUYERS BEWARE!

He was always ready to do whatever was necessary to make us satisfied. This was our second time working with him and we will definitely be back again.

This is by far the worst Toyota dealership experience I have had in 26 years as a Toyota customer, and I have been to many. I came in for a simple replacement key for my RAV4. Three months later, I still do not have one, and I am still waiting on a refund check. Here is what happened: They programmed a new key, handed it to me, and I discovered right there in the parking lot that the remote did not work. When I pointed this out, they explained it away as a "bad key," which means they charged me for a key they knew was defective. They promised to reorder it and call me. They did not call. Two months passed before I finally scheduled another appointment. I drove in and was told they could not program anything because their internet was down and I would need to reschedule. They said they would call me. They did not. Then, on the day of the rescheduled appointment, they called to say the replacement key still had not arrived due to a FedEx delay. At no point in this entire ordeal did anyone from the office follow up as promised. Every single time, I had to call them. When I raised my frustration, staff were dismissive and deflected responsibility. One person casually mentioned that "70% of new keys can fail," as if that were an acceptable explanation for the situation. I finally gave up and canceled everything. They said a refund check was on its way. Two months later, no check, no call. The incompetence here runs from top to bottom, including management. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone or if you need to get your Toyota serviced.
