It took some time to locate the car which was getting the mirror worked on at their Nissan dealership. The first question that I asked was what the warranty was. I was told 60 days so I made an appointment the following afternoon to see the car. It also took her a visit to the sales manager to get them to agree to the internet price. I left work early to meet the salesman and drive the car. Several times during the visit I asked about the warranty and again it was 60 days. I agreed to buy the car and asked about the documentation fee. It was explained and they also said that since I lived out of state I would get a check for my inspection. Several weeks later they said it was a mistake and I got no check. It was during the signing of the papers with the finance manager that it was finally disclosed that the warranty was only 30 days. Bait and switch for sure. I asked that they hold up to their word since I traveled to buy this car. Their answer was that they were losing money on the sale so no. They kept telling me that they were losing money. I am a customer and they are guilting me by saying they are losing money. Not very tactful sales strategy. Since I really wanted the car I bought it. I was also told that the car would get a complete detail before I picked it up. The car was not cleaned and in fact there was still actual dirt on the rear seat from their muddy parking lot that was there during the test drive 5 days earlier. After the purchase I had to bring the car back 5 times for repairs. Three times for the same coolant leak which they did resolve. The last time was for a heated mirror not working and a gas cap light. They would not address the mirror since it was not part of the 30 day safety warranty. As for the gas cap light I was told that I would need to bring the car to BMW and pay to have them fix it. Are you kidding me. Buy a car from a dealer and have to pay another to fix it. At this point I was done with them. I never felt as though they really cared about me as a customer except for one of the sales managers. My girlfriend bought a new car from them in the past and neither of us will go there again More

Great Price, Satisfied Customer Purchased Highlander Limited (Certified) Sales Very little to negotiation of price, but internet price was lowest we found listed for what Purchased Highlander Limited (Certified) Sales Very little to negotiation of price, but internet price was lowest we found listed for what we wanted without venturing into the NYC metro area. Both Anthony (Salesman) and Bryan (Sales Manager) were very personable. No aggressive sales tactics. We went on a Friday and felt we needed time to reflect and research before making a decision and they were gracious in allowing us the space we needed to be confident in our purchase. We returned the next day and finalized the purchase. Transfer and Delivery This is where things got a bit wonky. We waited three days for the transfer due to a minor administrative oversight and technical difficulties. Also, when delivered, the car was missing two accessories that came with it, a key fob with a dead battery and a rain guard that needed to be reattached. All issues were brought to Haddad’s attention and promptly resolved to our satisfaction. Though as a customer I felt I had to be more active to ensure the level of satisfaction my husband and I expect, I was impressed by Jason's (Sales Manager) prompt and customer attentive response by stepping up to the plate and taking control of the logistics in resolving both the transfer and delivery issues. Overall Despite some annoyances in the transfer and delivery of the vehicle, everything was resolved to our satisfaction and we got the car we wanted for what we are confident was a great price. Everyone we dealt with (Anthony, Jason & Bryan) were all very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend. More

Mass Safety Inspection This is the third year we have brought both of our cars ( Toyota Highlander and Lexus) to Haddad for the annual state safety inspection that is mandat This is the third year we have brought both of our cars ( Toyota Highlander and Lexus) to Haddad for the annual state safety inspection that is mandated. We have dealt with Chris Church who is both professional and responsive to customer needs. We are in and out in 20 minutes without an appointment. Great Experience! More
I had everything taken care of for me in no time I needed a car quickly because mine was in bad shape. I knew nothing about leasing and showed up at Haddad's. Gene came over and without being at all I needed a car quickly because mine was in bad shape. I knew nothing about leasing and showed up at Haddad's. Gene came over and without being at all pushy showed me some cars, took me on a test drive, explained leasing vs. buying and made it so easy to do. In no time I had my new car at a price I could handle. It was all so easy and I didn't feel at all pressured or pushed into anything. More

Gene is very respectful and honest and was very helpful through the whole process.I would highly recommend purchasing a car from Haddad's with Gene Ellsworth he goes to the full extent for his customers and was a pleasure to work a deal with.
