I do like this dealership, I would have given a five star. But because I work an awful lot I was unable to discuss the issues as the progress of work on my vehicle personally. I had to have a family. Member translate everything to me that was wrong with it. As the dealership tried to duplicate the problem that I was having they were unable to duplicate or rectify the issues I was having with it. They continue to say nothing was wrong with it, But indeed there was. It turns out that I have a parasite in my electrical system and my starter and the battery was not the right battery causing it to shut down every time I came off the exit ramp off the interstate. This problem was found and corrected by another reputable service company whos name I am not gonna mention, but they are excellent and nationwide as well as the dealership Hagan’s Dodge services are And they did not charge me $125 for a diagnostic to even find out what was wrong with it as Hagan’s Dodge charged me. It was a zero charge. @ The repair shop I took it to After Hagan’s Dodge failed to find..The repair shop that did fix it instead of Hagan’s was quite Awesome!! With that being said $125 I gave to the dealership (Hagan’s) That could not even find the the problem, they would not even applied that money to fix it anyways😢 However they do have a mechanic technician and a transmission man here at Hagan’s I just can’t understand why dealerships do not stand behind the product that they are making and selling from the assembly line of the manufacturers names, such as Dodge, Chrysler, Ford, etc. You would think reputable makers of those products and dealerships would stand behind their products I feel there should be no charge for taking a look at your vehicle to find out what’s wrong with it when other companies outside the big three do not charge anything to diagnose and you end up getting your car fixed by outsourced companies that are in the business nation wide as well as Dealerships to fix Vehicles. I should have taken it to the name of the company that fixed my vehicle to begin with because they have serviced my vehicle two other times and they know what they’re doing and have rectified and fixed the problem and since I had a new alternator put on, I went ahead and replaced my serpentine belt because it has to come off anyways to do the alternator and as far as the battery that was new in it and was put in by ??? Was not the right battery to begin with and that’s why I had to have that replaced with the alternator and serpentine belt, that Hagan’s Dodge could not realize that wasn’t even the right battery in my vehicle and after paying the $125 that thankful a family member paid for me for the diagnostic fee and Hagan’s were under my hood and seen that battery and should have been more knowledgeable about it ,on the receipt they documented that they could not duplicate my problem with the vehicle nor did the technician realize that that battery was not the ample voltage or right battery for my vehicle and they said they could not find nothing wrong with my vehicle, which was not true! Now my vehicle is running top-notch fixed by another reputable nationwide where I can travel anywhere if I have a problem and have it rectified at no charge and would fall back on them I would recommend them to everybody by word-of-mouth. But as far as Hagan’s Dodge, which I also went online cause I wanted to trade my vehicle in and buy a pick up truck from them did not even seem to care to contact me and I have purchased a new vehicle from another dealer. More

I had a great experience buying my very first Jeep with Steve. He went above and beyond for me and I couldn’t have asked for a better salesman. After I bought my truck, my parents and I went to the Waffle Steve. He went above and beyond for me and I couldn’t have asked for a better salesman. After I bought my truck, my parents and I went to the Waffle House and I lost my wallet there. I couldn’t get in touch with them as they don’t have a phone and I live an hour away so I called Steve and told him what happened and not only did he go up there once to ask if they had found it but twice just to make sure. He left my name and number with them in case they found it and I got a call that night saying they have it. He was so friendly and helpful! Thank you again Steve! More
My Wife had a 2019 Jeep Compass. Last week she was driving home. Something blew under the hood and in 5 minutes her car was completely engulfed. Jeep is giving us the run around. You buy there car. Take it to the dealership for all the oil changes and such. The car is under a lifetime warranty. It burns to the ground do to some defect. And Jeep and the dealership don't want to stand behind there product. Never will we buy a car here again. More
