Got $6100 off my new Ranger XLT Sport for their big black Friday sales event after a lot of back and forth with the salesman. I thought I did ok on the deal till I started seeing other people's deals online. Friday sales event after a lot of back and forth with the salesman. I thought I did ok on the deal till I started seeing other people's deals online...everyone else was saving $10k on the same truck but my salesman acted like I was getting the best deal possible but they didn't even give me all the rebates and incentives everyone else was getting all over the country! Then when I go back for financing they show me a deal with 9 percent interest and tell me it's a worst case scenario and with a 718 credit score the banks should definitely get me a better rate the next day. They didn't. So guess which idiot got reamed on trade, price, and financing? Yeah...me. That's cool, it won't happen again. My older brother and my nephew just bought new F150's from them over the summer. We're not even taking our trucks to them for service at this point...I'll pay to drag my truck down the road before Hagerstown Ford ever makes another penny off it or me. More

But when i had a problem with the car the service manager was an arrogant xxxxx and didnt want to give a rental vehicle why my van was in shop it has 27000 miles and all he kept saying it has to be a warranty issue to get a rental with the mileage on it .its def a warranty issue regardless More
Worst customer service, even the manager Chad was rude! Bought used ford certified. Everyone was nice till I signed the papers. After that i was on my own. Engine light on within two weeks. Now my temporary tags expire tomorrow and after several calls over the last three weeks I get the same story, they just came in and I will have them in a day or two. They told me that three weeks ago. I checked with the DMV and there is no record of my tags. How is that? They have to come from there in the first place. So, when I spoke to the manager Chad earlier I asked him that and he said that he would explain to me if I would stop talking. I’m appalled. The first rule in customer service is to hear your customer out and then apologize for their trouble. More

She told me almost three weeks ago that she had them and that I would have them in a few days. So does it take that long for ups to deliver a small package from Hagerstown to Kearneysville? What bothers me the most is that I was lied to and treated rudely. I understand mistakes happen but what makes the difference is honesty and integrity. Obviously your establishment doesn't practice that! More

When I got my truck back never thought I would have to check what was done but when doing an oil change, noticed the inner wheel well cover was dangling and apparently never put back into place. The service tech fixed my A/C on the third try but left my cigarette lighter disconnected when he put the dash back. Can't find reliable and honest mechanics these days. Having new issues with my truck not starting and would not be surprised if they left something loose. More

But has been in for excessive tire wear on right rear many times and service department kept recommending front end alignment. Have had it to other alignment shops, nothing wrong with front end. When they tried to adjust rear, which is solid and has no adjustments they made it worse. After talking to manager of Hagerstown Ford, Eric Carper he said to take business elsewhere. Good way to treat customers!! More

I took it to a garage i trusted and front end was still in spec range. More

Incompetant and stealing Daughter went to have tires put on and oil change. They waited until service was complete before they told her the warranty for free oil changes ran o Daughter went to have tires put on and oil change. They waited until service was complete before they told her the warranty for free oil changes ran out. Charged her about $70. She took tires to put on and they required her to buy new lug nuts because FORD sold vehicles with defective lug nuts. Should not the Ford dealer pay for that? Then they charged her $80 for lug nuts. I suppose they have gold fillings. If you go here you get what you get. Treated my daughter poorly so I will go over and get it straightened out with the incompetent service manager. More
