This gentleman bought his truck and got an invoice deal on a brand new Ranger. He unfortunately did not qualify for military, college, first responder or any other conditional rebates offered by Ford. As with any other Ford dealer, in our disclaimers we make our customer aware of what discounts they qualify for. He was also shopping dealers that do NOT include destination and delivery in their internet pricing. We have responded to this customer and repeatedly offered to take the vehicle back. He has been abusive to our sales staff and would not engage in a civil conversation. Abuse of our employees will not be tolerated. We have found that with some people, no matter what we do to make a deal right, we cannot make them happy.
