I explained to him that all I really wanted was an appraisal of my trade and that I wasn't sure of what I was going to buy. I met with him that very same evening he got my truck appraised on the spot. Over the next several weeks he worked on prices on several different trucks that I thought maybe I would be interested and never once did he complain or act like I was bothering him. After a few weeks I ended up ordering a truck that I wanted, during the order process until the truck arrived every time that I requested an update he replied with in minutes, his is communication skills were great. I feel very fortunate that I was able to deal with Mike Reid during the buying process!
