First and Best experience! This was my first car buying experience at age 18. Well my dad bought it but it was great! We came on New Years Eve looking for a car and couldn't fin This was my first car buying experience at age 18. Well my dad bought it but it was great! We came on New Years Eve looking for a car and couldn't find the right one. Mike Reid who helped us said don't worry we will find you the right car, and he was right! Within three days he had found a car and within four days I left with one! I went from nothing to perfect. Mr. Reid did a fantastic job. The car was owned previously, so they had to detail it which they got on it right away and I got to pick it up. I am very satisfied and couldn't thank Mr. Reid enough for keeping an eye out for me and found the car I was looking for. More

Purchasing a new truck I first called the dealership the day before to ask about the trucks. I talked to Mike Reid. So for us to ride to Hagerstown was sorta a good faith thing. We live an hour or more away. We looked around then asked for Mike. Took a ride in the F350 2017 truck .liked it. Made a deal signed papers! The thing about this story we have never owned a Ford before We have always been Chevrolet owners !!!!!! Mike gave us such great service and deal that we now own a F350 2017 Ford Truck. More
