So for us to ride to Hagerstown was sorta a good faith thing. We live an hour or more away. We looked around then asked for Mike. Took a ride in the F350 2017 truck .liked it. Made a deal signed papers! The thing about this story we have never owned a Ford before We have always been Chevrolet owners !!!!!! After having a truck literally sold out from under me at another Ford dealer I decided to reach out to an old contact at Hagerstown Ford. In 2001 I purchased an F-350 dually and was pleased with the service. I had been in contact with Mike Reid, manager of commercial sales, and had checked out a couple pre-owns that didn't fit the bill. Finally, I decided to take a look at some new models and Mike put together a deal on a new F-350 dump truck that suited my needs. The pricing allowed me to opt for 4 wd, an option out of reach elsewhere, and he made the buying process smooth. There was absolutely no pressure. When I would moan out loud about the cost, associated costs, etc,. Mike would calmly answer questions and gave me time to sort things out for myself. The decision process tool about two days and he patiently waited for me to make up my mind. Mike Reid is now my go to guy for Ford trucks. More
