We met him and Mike Reid late one evening, they knew what we needed to make the deal work for us and the first offer they provided was exactly the offer we needed. Even though it what late the guys stayed took care of all paperwork and honestly it was so easy. We hated to keep them there after hours but they insisted it wasn't a problem and made us feel very comfortable and welcomed.
