Two Thumbs Up Had a great experience! Went in looking for a Ford Fusion and came home with one. Looked at other options but Andy was great at helping us get in th Had a great experience! Great salesman and and a super deal on an awesome F-150! I purchase vehicles for my company and have purchased a few from different dealers in MD, VA and WV. Since I met Mike Reid, he has worked with me to r I purchase vehicles for my company and have purchased a few from different dealers in MD, VA and WV. Since I met Mike Reid, he has worked with me to reach the numbers I need to make the budget allocation for purchasing the vehicles. And I want to add his prices for me has beaten the cost of other dealers by a low of $750.00 to as much as 1,800.00, you can't beat that. In the past couple of months, we have purchased a plain-Jane F150 and a Focus and both vehicles have really fit our needs. Add these to the 2- 2014 Escapes we bought off Hagerstown too. This all without any haggle, pressure, confusion or anxiety and to top it off, we're in the express lane, getting the right price, taking care of business and on the road fast, a lot faster than others. Now yesterday, after much thought, I decided to let my 14" STX go and Mike set me up in a 16" XTS F150 that I must admit is more awesome than my 14 F-150! Yes, I'm a very satisfied customer with Hagerstown Ford! More

Best Ford Dealership I've Been To! I purchased a Ford Escape is Silver Spring in 2011. I wanted to purchase a second vehicle and I was set on getting another Ford. I recently moved to F I purchased a Ford Escape is Silver Spring in 2011. I wanted to purchase a second vehicle and I was set on getting another Ford. I recently moved to Frederick and Hagerstown had the closest Ford. I wasn't sure what I wanted or what to expect. When we got out of the car we were welcomed with open arms! We were comparing three trucks and they made accommodations to line them up all together and help us compare which one worked best for our family. Everyone was extremely friendly and not pushy salesmen and women. From the first test drive to the last paper we signed every person we met had so much knowledge. If they didn't know the answer they rushed over to someone with more experience to get the answer. We ended up with an excellent experience and an amazing car! Thank you Hagerstown Ford.
