Great sales associate I bought a new Ford F150 from Hagerstown Ford about a month ago and I can't say enough about my sales associate. Kiyanna has helped with every aspect I bought a new Ford F150 from Hagerstown Ford about a month ago and I can't say enough about my sales associate. Kiyanna has helped with every aspect of my purchase and even answered my texts on her day off to help me with some questions I had. She is a very dedicated person and wants the best for her customers. They had a huge selection and the pricing is also very good. This is my forth purchase for Hagerstown Ford since 1999. More

Service Department poor service Issues with my 2015 Ford Edge. Been in the shop 5 times for tire sensor fault. Still not resolved. Tim Rowe the "Service Manager" could care less. H Issues with my 2015 Ford Edge. Been in the shop 5 times for tire sensor fault. Still not resolved. Tim Rowe the "Service Manager" could care less. He drive my vehicle over 200 miles without my knowledge and still no resolution. A/C works intermittently but yet he continues to tell me nothing is wrong. Extremely poor service and this is my LAST Ford! I am in the process of contacting Fird Headquarters and I will be in touch with the CEO. More

1st. Experience I came here to buy a new car and was immediately approached by a young salesman who sat myself and my family down to listen to all the do's and don't I came here to buy a new car and was immediately approached by a young salesman who sat myself and my family down to listen to all the do's and don't wants for what I was looking for. He gave me 3 different models, colors, etc to choose from and although I couldn't decide he never once rushed me or forced me to make a decision so he could move onto another sale. (Much unlike other dealerships I've been too!) I felt so at ease with the whole process that in the end I ended up with exactly what I wanted! I couldn't be more happy with this dealership and all the staff we came in contact with! I would highly recommend this particular dealership to anyone and in fact I already have! Horrible people This is the most terrible experience i have ever had. Worst dealer i have ever worked with! Chris black was the person in finance that i was working w This is the most terrible experience i have ever had. Worst dealer i have ever worked with! Chris black was the person in finance that i was working with. He made promises about the payments he couldnt keep. I signed the paperwork on a friday. He then made me go back in a week later because he vouldnt secure financing. I had to sign the contract TWICE!!! This was all back in July. It is now October and i am receiving calls about owing money for my car i traded in. They didnt get the full pay off and now im being sent to collections ruining my credit because Chris isnt doing his job! I have tried to call and contact him 4 times and he has not responded! HORRIBLE COMPANY AND HORRIBLE PEOPLE!!! Please dont go here and ruin your credit like i did. More
