As I understand we are still working to resolve your repair problem. I hope you understand after all the issues that you have reported, when the source of the problem is not found, repairing things randomly in hopes that the problem is remedied is a wasteful and expensive solution. Mr. Rowe drove your car in an attempt to diagnose the problems that you had reported and also returned it with more fuel than you had started with. We will continue to work towards a solution to your problem, but maybe if we are not finding the issue while we arbitrate the disagreement, a second opinion from a certified Ford technician may be a simple solution that could save us all future headaches. I and the service department spent an overwhelming amount of time to try and resolve this issue, so I ask that you refrain from the accusation that I am #1 not listening, and #2 that I don't care. I only want to to help. Let me explain to you yet again, in order to remedy a problem we have to actually know what the problem is. A tire sensor will let you know when you need to inflate the tires but when the sensor keeps going off and it isn't a bad sensor there may be a greater problem. Driving the car was done in an effort to trigger the response to be able to figure out the problem and I was told you were aware that we would have to drive the vehicle. Showing us documentation of the sensor response will not help us find the solution. Trust me, we all wish it were that easy. It isn't that we do not believe the issue exists, we can't to throw repairs at it which could lead to mis-repair and multiple attempts with no concrete fix. Again, I suggest another option of a second opinion that could save you future headaches. And I thank you for responding. I will continue to try and find a workable solution.

Let's be clear the car was driven over 200 miles without my knowledge. I provided proof in multiple actual photos of the alert of tire sensor default. Even after providing proof the dealership still continues to say fault not found OK! This is simply NOT THE CASE! The dealership could care less! The tire alert is intermittent and I have shared that with HF. Now the A/C is still not working-dealership once again said OK! Nobody listens to me the customer! The dealership is NIT trying to resolve these issues! There was no reason to drive my car 200+ miles without my consent when I had already provided documentation to substantiate the problem. Never again will I buy another FORD and the blame falls on Hagerstown Ford! Carol Burrill

You all have done nothing to resolve these issues. You driving it over 200 miles did not accomplish anything; I gave you the facts and photos snd made suggestions and you ignored everything I said. You did nothing to probe into the root cause of the problem and that equates to not caring. By the way it was 85 degrees when I left court today and I had no a/c; another problem you ignored.
