Adviced I felt they were a little low on trade offer, visited other local Ford dealerships (highest at Keyston Ford). When I went back to Hagerstown Ford, I showed them their competitors offer on a similar vehicle (I really wanted this particular one). "Smitte" and Tim the sales managers became very rude and said they wouldn't even honor that offer as it yesterday was their last day for that promotion. He was very rude and why put it in writing for me to think about and then not honor your numbers. Don't trust them! Spend the extra 20 mins and drive to Keystone Ford where you will be treated fairly and receive a better deal. More
