We worked with Becca throughout the transaction when I started to have problems with my current vehicle. They brought the truck to my home and allowed me to test drive it over the weekend! She was very friendly and knowledgeable. Having spent three days in the truck before buying it really made it feel like my own! When it came time for the pricing and "negotiations", it was a breeze and they were able to get me to a price and payment where I was comfortable. Hagerstown Ford will have my business from here on. But hopefully I will not need another vehicle for several years! More

Had a great experience! They took me in without an appointment for an airbag recall even other dealerships gave me the run around. Also had time to look at thier truck selection while I waited.
