She was very friendly and knowledgeable. Having spent three days in the truck before buying it really made it feel like my own! When it came time for the pricing and "negotiations", it was a breeze and they were able to get me to a price and payment where I was comfortable. Hagerstown Ford will have my business from here on. But hopefully I will not need another vehicle for several years! More
