Two Great Buying Experiences at Hagerstown Ford I leased a 2016 Ford Fusion Energi in early July 2016 and returned with my son to buy a 2019 Ford Fusion Hybrid SE in early December 2018. Both exper I leased a 2016 Ford Fusion Energi in early July 2016 and returned with my son to buy a 2019 Ford Fusion Hybrid SE in early December 2018. Both experiences at Hagerstown Ford were outstanding. For both cars we dealt with Mr. Chris Black, the new car sales manager. He is top notch. In both cases, Mr. Black went above and beyond to get us a great deal and he worked with us in a highly professional and personable manner. Mr. Black made both car buys about as easy as possible. I have already committed to lease another Ford from him when my 2016 Fusion lease ends in a few months. I have only the highest praise for Mr. Chris Black and Hagerstown Ford... He is honest, trustworthy and easy-to-work with. Thank you, Chris and very well done! More
Great for sales. Poor for service. Salesman very knowledgeable and helpful in every way. Very helpful in every way, even 3 years after the purchase. But has been in for excessive tire wear on right rear many times and service department kept recommending front end alignment. Have had it to other alignment shops, nothing wrong with front end. When they tried to adjust rear, which is solid and has no adjustments they made it worse. After talking to manager of Hagerstown Ford, Eric Carper he said to take business elsewhere. Good way to treat customers!! More
Service center Service department sucks. They reccomend services not needed. Told me truck was needing brakes replaced , which i do myself. Took it home pulled wheel Service department sucks. I took it to a garage i trusted and front end was still in spec range. More

Incompetant and stealing Daughter went to have tires put on and oil change. They waited until service was complete before they told her the warranty for free oil changes ran o Daughter went to have tires put on and oil change. They waited until service was complete before they told her the warranty for free oil changes ran out. Charged her about $70. She took tires to put on and they required her to buy new lug nuts because FORD sold vehicles with defective lug nuts. Should not the Ford dealer pay for that? Then they charged her $80 for lug nuts. I suppose they have gold fillings. If you go here you get what you get. Treated my daughter poorly so I will go over and get it straightened out with the incompetent service manager. More
New Truck Purchase 2019 Platinum F 350 This was by far the best experience of purchasing a new Truck! False advertising Traveled 180 miles from Philadelphia to Hagerstown, was told the vehicle has no rust, was never in an accident and has no known body work; also that t Traveled 180 miles from Philadelphia to Hagerstown, was told the vehicle has no rust, was never in an accident and has no known body work; also that that car is 100% functional. From the moment I parked I saw the front end of the truck was out of the shape. After better inspection the truck it had the front fenders, hood, bumper, and bumper mounts replaced and repainted. Also the front door was attempted to be strighted out and failed. The leaf spring was broken and the exhaust manifold was leaking and could be smelled right in the cabin filter. The dealership played dumb and said "they didn't know." I delt with the manager Mike from the used car sale the sales rep Jarred. Yes to financing them told no 2weeks later!! I went in looking for a car about 2 weeks ago. I was told by Ronnie the financing said ok with 2000 down. I went to a chevy dealer and they gave me mo I went in looking for a car about 2 weeks ago. I was told by Ronnie the financing said ok with 2000 down. I went to a chevy dealer and they gave me more on my trade so ford matched it. So I went back this last weekend and resmitted the financing paper work have been waiting 3. days and find out today the bank said no. If that was the case why 2 weeks ago it was a go and today no! So disappointed th Hagetstwon Ford leading people on Don't go there!!!! More
