Our saleman John Christopher Smith was awesome!!! I had called over two days in advance about a vehicle, and he had it put away so I was going to drive the same vehicle I questioned him about. When my wife arrived at Hagerstown Ford, she was given the up-most attention, and answered all the questions she may have had. All to say, we drove away in a 2011 Ford Fusion SE. I would recommend Hagerstown Ford, and especially my salesman to any of my friends. Mr. Smith showed the professionalism one would expect when buying a new car. I can honestly say, he had our best interest in mind; meaning, we were not pressured in purchasing a new vehicle. This is something I value a lot. When we visited other dealerships, I surely did not get the same respect and diginty I got from Mr. Smith. He presented a positive atmosphere, and was not just worried about the sale. In closing, the team at Hagerstown Ford in my opinion, is the best dealership I have encountered in the purchase of a new vechile, and I will return to them in the future if I purcahse of any new or used vehicle.
